Alatau Den

Subject: Alatau Den Tue Feb 12, 2013 10:58 pm

Native wolves around here call this place "Kuznetsk Alatau Den ", "Kuznetsk Den", or "Alatau Den" which is surround by fir trees. This place is where most den areas are located. The pack usually hangs around this area of their territory more often due to how protected they are here form enemies and lone wolves.

Prey:
American elk, Rock Mouse, Deer Mouse, Heather Vole, Snowshoe Hare, White-tailed Jackrabbit, Nuttall's Cottontail, Pika, Squirrels, & Shrews. (This is the only prey allowed to be slautered in this Role-play area)

Mountain Lions(rarely) and Pup dangers:Bob Cats, Hawks, Eagles, Mountain Lions(Cougar), and Black Bears.

The gray, white, black, and yellow female stopped walking for a moment and licked her mate upon his face. Then with enthusiasm, Kollane said, "I think this is it..." she glanced at the lands. Beautiful. To a mentally scared and damaged wolf like herself, she usually found every place she went to seem scarey, and tense. But here? Here this fae smiled at the peaceful winds that blew through her pelt. The grass flew gracefully with the same windy air. This was one of the rare places this wolf could walk with comfort. Kollane beamed at the sights. She heard these lands weren't trespassed often, stories of ghosts, and storms. She knew the path they walked upon was where storms loved to thunder. Maybe the dark clouds liked the beauty of these lands, and that's why they come here. Kollane went further into examination. The amazing colors of leaves seemed to whisper to her, "Stay here! We want you!" Kollane nodded to the sacred trees, she agreed. She then moved her yellow eyes to Tamotsu, "What do you think?"

Tamotsu an large white brute with very light ice blue eyes looked at his mate. His tail tip was black while his right front paws where also black while his left front paw was an black stocking his right hind paw was also was a black stocking while his left hind paw was a black paw. He smiled at the beautiful fae then his eyes scanned over the landscape. He nodded "Yes, this seems like an great territory." A smile slid across the brutes face "I'm fine anywhere as long as it's with you." He licked Kollane back affection showed in his eyes. He then lifted his head opening his mouth letting out an howl that marked this place as their own.

She smiled at him, and howled along. She walked around the area in hopes to find a den. When she didn't find one, the fae began to dig. She would dig a den, and a large one at that. One to fit herself and Tamotsu, both larger than average sized. Her paws did begin to get dirty, but she continued, as she knew she could clean then later.

Tamotsu helped his mate dig up the den. Dirt flew up in clumps and lose soil. His fount paws were digging so fast that they appeared a bluer.

The female was glad her mate helped her dig. Once the den was built, Kollane entered. She dug out a few more rooms, as the leaders would have the biggest den. She looked at Tamotsu and smiled. Then while digging, she noticed this pack needed a name. Maybe they would think of it later, after more time being there.

Tamotsu smiled back at his mate, he left her to finish the den. He shook the dirt free from his white and black coat. Then sniffed around and decided where the borders would be then marked them. When he was done marking he looked up at the sky to see an large storm in the distance. He remembered seeing many storms in this direction. Storm ally. He thought and went back to the den where his mate was when he left.

The fae back out of the den once she finished. Her pelt was filled with dirt, but she only shook it off. She then looked at her mate and smiled, but her attention was moved toward the sky. Storm clouds had been puffed up and threatened rain. The rest of her pelt's dirt blew away when the wind flew.

(I think we might quit posting until members come so they won't feel like they need to read through a lot of posts)

Dusk crept along, her eyes darted from side to side and her ears were pricked up and focused, she was being cautious. At every noise she jumped and breathed a sigh of relief when it wasn't what she thought it was. Dusk glanced up at the sky as she smelt oncoming rain and sure enough there were big, rolling, grey clouds crowing the sky. She sighed to herself and stalked forwards again.

The light grey female smelt an oncoming wolf. A stranger at that. Her eyes flickered through the lands trying to catch sight of this loner. Her eyes couldn't, but her nose could finally figure out for the most part of where this wolf was. Kollane began to walk on to the scent, and that's when her eyes targeted a black female. Kollane huffed in a breath of reassuring air, and confronted the female who's one paw was white. Her breath then puffed out when she opened her maw to ask,"Who are you, loner?"

Dusk quivered nervously as the grey and orange female approached her, her ears were flat against her head. "I'm Dusk." She said quietly when the wolf asked, her position clearly stating that she was submissive. She looked anywhere but the wolf, her mind was racing with different thoughts, she had never been good with social interaction.

Kollane simply examined this wolf once more. She rose her tail, showing dominance then asked, "Business here?" Kollane's fur began to wetten when the rain fell upon them from the daunting storm clouds. Her gaze went to the skies, she knew the storms thundered for her. They never left her side. So then the yellow-eyed female looked back again to the stranger, awaiting an answer.

When Tamotsu was an black wolf talking to Kollane he growled. Tresspassers. He thought and signed "Just iggnore every sign that says this territory is taken." The massive white brute muttered he wasn't worred about Kollane because he knew the fae could take care of her self. But still....the thought wouldn't leave his head and he walked over to the side of his mate. His dominance showing in his postition he watched as they talked and if this loner thought of anything stupid(attack Kollane or me) he would attack. (Tamotsu so rude calling her stupid -_-' Im sorry about his personality.)

Kollane looked to her mate. She tapped him with her tail attempting to ease him. Loners would come in, and we couldn't react too harshly. Her eyes then went back to the female named Dusk. She patiently awaited her answer. Depending on how she answered would determine if she would live in the Storm Alleys, or if she would have to continue as a loner.

Dusk eyed the new male wolf with with caution as he seemed to be the most aggressive, she then bowed her head and gathered up her courage, "I came here so I could join your pack," she said in a clear voice, then she looked apprehensively at the two wolfs, her nervousness starting to seep back into her.

Kollane smiled. This wolf wanted to be part of Storm Alley Pack? That was great news. The first member might be this female. Kollane examined this wolf with her eyes. She looked a bit small, but her attitude and respect seemed great. Kollane knew this wolf was worthy, but looked to her mate for his consent.

Tamotsu calmed down a bit when his mate tapped him with her tail. He sighed then when he heard the wolf speak asking to join he looked to Kollane. This wolf wants to join... His maw open and he looked at Kollane his very light ice-blue eyes then looked to this black fae. "I guess....." His light ice-blue optics flickered back towards Kollane.

Dusk looked between the two wolves hopefully, her eyes brightened a bit, perhaps she wouldn't have to wander alone anymore. She knew that she preferred being by herself but it was always nice to have someone waiting for you when you came back. Dusk looked back down at her mismatched paws, waiting with baited breath to see if they would except her.

Tamotsu eyed this black fae "What are you good at?" If this fae where to join his pack he would like to know what she was good at. The brute sat down his white and black coat was slightly blowing in the little wind that they had.

Dusk chocked a bit on that question, what was she good at? She searched her brain for an answer and she felt her pelt heat up when she couldn't find a answer, "U-uh," she stuttered, "I'm not really good at anything ....." Her voice quieted until it was a whisper.

Asuna padded cautiously across the terrain, her silvery/blue orbs flickering, watching every shadow she saw. She had crossed into a pack's domain ... she hoped. Normally she would skirt around the border, not wanting to disturb other packs, only she was tired of being alone. Her main concern now was how to approach the wolves. She was naturally shy and hoped she wouldn't come across as ... childish?

She stopped for a second spotting a plant nearby tempted to examine it but forcing herself to carry on, it wouldn't do for her to be caught examining their domain like a common sneak.

Tamotsu coked his head at this Dusk's answer. Then he noticed her position low and respectful. "What about Omega?" He said looking at the fae Omega was a tough position although he wouldn't allow any bullying of his new member.

Dusk blanched at bit at the suggestion but she knew she wouldn't do well in any other rank so she nodded her head, "Omega is good for me." She said quietly, flickering her eyes up to the wolf before looking back at her paws, "Thank you." She said, realizing she had not learned his name yet.

Finally Asuna heard voices and headed towards them. Her lack of confidence started kicking in but she tried to keep calm. She failed to keep calm and stopped to think about what she was doing. "Just ... walk towards them ... nothing too hard about that ... right?" she growled to herself, moving forward slowly, the wolves appearing in front of her. "E-excuse me ...?" she called out.

Tamotsu nodded his head "Very Well then." He stood to his paws and flicked his tail as an departing sign. "I am Tamotsu." He said calmly and walked off to inspect his territory. Soon finding an loner T.T really? again? He following the smell. "State your business here loner!" The male had busted from the under growth and stood in-front of the loner. His tail held high his lips curled back in an snarl. His massive size increased as his fur lifted up.
